Work those legs

Today was an ok day. I could sleep a little longer to go to my rotary meeting. I was kind a sad because it is my second to last meeting. School was very boring because the gym was closed and we only watched movies all day long. After school I worked on my legs and I greatly improved again in each exercise. It felt really good but for some reason the whole time working out I felt like I was about to puke. Luckily, I didn’t and once I got some protein and quality food in, I went back to normal. My host mom was on the phone for 4 hours today, which was very weird.
