Today started early. I got up at 8 and Roger picked me up to help at a house that Rotary is fixing up. We fixed this guy’s carport and set up a fence in the backyard. It took us quite a while and I think I got some sunburn from the heat. At about 1 we were done and Roger drove me to the Y. There I had a great workout, but the usual weightlifters there were just flexing on the whole gym. They were deadlifting 550 lbs easy. After I was done with my workout I swam for about 45 min. By the time I got home it was already late afternoon. I had a protein bar as a snack and for dinner I had some leftovers and a protein shake dissolved in water for the first time. It didn’t taste good. I watched and played some overwatch before going to bed.
