Killing off my legs

Today was the day to really stress my legs. I got up because Andy woke me up and asked if I wanted to do a Brick with him. At first I was hesitant but I agreed and after a couple almonds and a water for breakfast, we started. We were gone for about 2.5 hours and did a 25 mile ride (ca.40km) and a 4 mile run (6km). So my legs were dead already. We had tacos for lunch and I ate seven of them. We also watched some football, while eating. I talked to my parents and we tried to book flights for my trip to New York and it really stressed me out. Then Andy and I went to the YMCA and I had legday today. In addition to that I didn’t have too much time. So I think, I’m glad if my legs are able to move even a little. We watched some football and had a small dinner.
