I guess my low is over now. School was good today. I finished my first cooking assignment ever (Dinner Rolls) in Culinary. They were pretty good and I had two even though they‘re not too good for my diet. In Weightlifting i worked on clean and tried to improve my form on squats. I talked to the coach about my failure in training yesterday and that I want to lose a little weight. He replied: „What fat do you wanna lose?!“. I guess he thought I feel fat but I just want to define my body and reduce body fat. The rest was pretty normal. After school I went to my workout again pretty motivated. The ride there was pretty cold. The workout itself was great and I only struggled with one exercise but I always struggle with that. Now I‘m watching a basketball game while eating some scrambled eggs for dinner.
