As the title already states, I had the absolute worst sleep today. I went to bed relatively early and I dreamt. It wasn’t a very weird dream until one thing happenend. It was a person with a deformed face and a very creepy smile. I immediately woke up. I was so frightened I couldn’t fall asleep for another hour and it was 3:30. So when I had to wake up I was really sleep deprived and not feeling well. Then I tried to use my spare time to make up some sleep. Other than that I’m really proud since I upped my squat max from 225 to 260. My workout was good too, but my shoulder was making problems again. Now I’m spending the rest of the day quiet, trying to relax for the missing sleep.
Veterans Day
Today was Veterans Day and no school. I used the day to sleep in, have a decent breakfast and then wait for my stomach to being able to handle a workout. My workout was pretty good but my shoulder really hurts. But I think I found the problem with it is my rotator being „damaged“ from handball. So I‘m working on fixing that. Afterwards I met with a friend and we walked around Citrus Hills and talked, which was fun. After supper she called me and we talked again, even though my original plan was to watch shows, but that’s ok, it was fun.
Sunday chills
Today was a typical sunday. I talked to my brother and my parents. I washed my clothes. I went and did some cardio. Then I had burger for dinner and that was everything that happened. Good thing is I can sleep in since there is no school tomorrow for Veterans Day.
Saturday with friends
Today was quite a fun day. I woke up late and really felt really well rested in a long time. Then a friend called me up and we met. We went to Walmart to get some candy and run some errands for his mom. Then we went over to his friends house and shot at can with a BB gun (airsoft gun). Then we hung out in his room, while a couple of his friends joined. I really had a great time, but I had to get back in time for supper. After supper I talked a lot with Hazel, which was fun. She told me her groceries bill has about tripled since I joined them. So today was really fun and I’m really glad I got to meet all of his friends.
Friday failure
The first two lessons today were pretty decent. We wrote a test in Algebra. Lunch was fine and during Panther Hour i was in Anime Club, which was a lot of fun. During weightlifting, I tried benching for 180. I pretty much failed all the way and I think it’s a problem with my shoulder, because I could really feel my shoulder „breaking“ as I tried to lift it up again. Maybe I was exhausted too, since this week was quite heavy on lifting. During english we had to modernize a poem and I think I did pretty well on mine, I might post it on Instagram. The rest of the day was pretty quiet, I had no workout and just took the day off. We had fried chicken for dinner and it was good but had bones in it, which I didn’t like too much.
Weightlifting
Today was a super boring day at first. I did the work of 3 lessons in 1 lesson in culinary. In Geometry I have a lot of people being awfully friendly to me because I’m not a total dummy and know how to apply simplest rules of geometry. Then lunch was fun again with Sharday and her friends. Math Study Hall was quiet but I looked up the results of the Florida election and there was some interesting things. In weightlifting I did deadlifts and I got up to 315 pounds or 140 kg. I wanted to do more but I probably couldn’t and I ran out of time. Gym class was relatively quiet and I just shot some hoops. After school I went to coach the girls weightlifting team. Now there is a second helper, who is kind of fun. At first I thought it was kind of boring but in the end I could help them. Also, we did some jumps to improve „explosion“ for Clean&Jerks. At home I went to my leg workout and it was pretty good plus I was in an empty gym, which was neat. Then I had my protein shake and 5 eggs for supper. Probably a little too much but that’s ok.
Wednesday Bench
Today was Wednesday. That means there was a Rotary meeting. We had a guest speaker, who talked about a trip she took through Central Europe. She talked a lot about Germany and Austria, and she also showed some pictures of Regensburg. It was a good presentation, but it made me really homesick. She took a picture of Regensburg, which was basically a white wall with a window, but I knew exactly where it was. School was ok today. I had a good bench workout and my goal is to be able to bench my weight. At home I went to my workout for shoulders and I really improved, which made me very happy. Then I heated up a decent dinner, played some cards with Hazel and went to bed.
Tuesday Squats
Today was again a quiet day of school. But I did squats today and I wanted to do a max of 100kg. As I was ready to do I asked the coach to spot me. I did the first one, he told me I have to get lower. So I did a second one, which he said was fine. Then I kept going and on my way up on the third one, he told me that I have to look up. As I looked up I bent forward and lost balance. I fell forward but luckily the weight fell back on the racks. I also fake voted today, but I didn’t know any of the Governors or Senators so I basically just picked one. At home I went for my workout and it was amazing, though I didn’t feel to exhausted afterwards, so I was wondering if I did my total pontential on this.
One year
Today was a very quiet day. My mood wasn’t too great but as always lunch really helped. Also my workout gave me back a lot of power. We had meatballs and spaghetti for supper and I talked to Hazel a little. Now I’m watching a little Overwatch World Cup.
Sunday vibes
I had a long sleep today, which was even longer than I thought since we changed time today. As I got up we had our usual sunday breakfast. Then I relaxed a little, did some stuff for the trips and started washing clothes. Then I went for my cardio workout, which was way too hard today but I’m proud since I did 18 miles on the treadmill and burned about 1.9k calories. But sport didn’t stop just yet. I hadn’t done too much the last two days, so I relaxed by the pool and did some situps and pushups. Then my project for the day started. I made cookies and oh boy did I make a lot of cookies. I made Peanut Butter chocolate cookies and pumpkin spice cookies. Both are delicious by the way and I now have about 200 cookies spare. That’s why it took me from 3 to almost 9 to make them. I had pauses in between but I’m super exhausted now and my legs are super sore after todays workout and standing in the kitchen all day.
