Strength Goals

Today was an awesome day. School was pretty normal. In my weightlifting class I was clean and jerking and got a new max of 180 lbs. I felt super excited because of that. After school I was trying my new workout program and it was amazing. I hit 200 lbs for 3ish on bench and 75×5 on dumbbell bench. After school I had some protein and a lot of meat. Also some vegetables for dinner.
