I woke up kind of tired today. I caught up on sleep though. In Tennis class we were outside and it was just freezing cold. During weightlifting I was benching and after 135 lbs feeling like 185, I decided that it is time for me to end my diet after this day. I still worked out low on energy, but I made it through. During the 4 weeks of dieting I lost a total of 12 pounds and I’m proud. Now, I’ll try to build muscle while slowly gaining weight.
