Swimming

Today was a great day. I’m starting to watch my food consumption for the next couple weeks and see if my bodyfat will improve. School was pretty good today. I did squats in weightlifting today and it felt really good. I slept well on the bus. My ride to the Y was good altough kind of challenging. I was thinking of going low this week but I was too motivated, so I did the usual. After I was done I did a little swimming and I got to say I have zero stamina at swimming, but it felt good. Our dinner was amazing and I ate a lot of vegetables.
