Sugar is power

Today was very long and kind of bad day for me. My lower back really hurt from sitting on the bus and my whole mood today was just awful. I dragged myself through the first four lessons. After lunch I felt a little better and the next two lessons were kind of descent. In my last period I had a good laugh and I thought it’s gonna be uphill from there on. As I got to baseball practice though a real bad down hit me, my shoulder, forearm and back hurt really bad and I just questioned why I’m doing baseball. At the end of the practice I got better though and I hope my arm will get better. Then I went to the Y and since I didn’t really have any food yet, I poured some coffee in a cup and put about twice as much sugar as coffee in it. That gave me a really good push and I had a great workout that really lifted my mood back up. I had some leftovers for dinner and watched Netflix, which really made me laugh.
